Abstract: The existing Smart Classroom with ERP system suffers from outdated technology, manual data entry, and fragmented tools, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and limited data-driven decision-making, hindering the educational experience and necessitating an upgrade. The Smart Classroom with ERP System is a comprehensive approach to integrating information technology into education to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching and learning processes. The project aims to create a centralized platform that merges classroom interactivity and academic management through the use of smart technologies and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This paper elaborates on the development and implementation of a system that automates classroom operations like attendance, assignment submissions, real time notifications, and performance monitoring while integrating administrative processes such as fee payment, timetable scheduling, and academic records management.
